BUSINESS LENDING
Business loans that work like business loans
Loan programs
Fixed-term capital
Borrow a lump sum, repay over a set term. Term loans work for equipment purchases, working capital needs, inventory, and facility improvements. You know the monthly payment from day one.
Flexible access to capital
Draw what you need, when you need it. Pay interest only on what you use. Lines work for seasonal cash flow gaps, payroll management, and unexpected expenses. No interest accrues on undrawn funds.
Government-backed financing
SBA loans carry government guarantees, which means lower rates and longer terms than conventional business loans. They require more documentation but serve small business owners well.
Why business owners choose us
We know your business is not a house. Your financing should reflect that.

HOW WE WORK
We underwrite the business, not just the paperwork
Banks ask for two years of tax returns and a business plan template. We ask how your business makes money and what could go wrong. We talk to you about competition, customer concentration, and your path to growth. That conversation tells us whether the loan will work.
We look at your personal balance sheet and your business financials. We care about your credit history. We also care whether you understand your own numbers. Owners who know their margins and their cash conversion cycle tend to run solid businesses.
We may ask for collateral. We may ask for a personal guarantee. We build these requirements into the deal structure so you're not surprised at closing.
We tell you what we need upfront. No requests for documents three weeks in. No surprise conditions that pop up before you sign.
Business lending questions
Business loans operate under different rules than personal lending. Here's what you should know.
How much can I borrow?
Loan amounts depend on your business revenue, cash flow, and credit. Term loans typically range from 25,000 to 2,000,000 dollars. Lines of credit typically range from 10,000 to 500,000 dollars. The stronger your financials, the more flexibility we have.
What documentation do you need?
We need your last two years of business tax returns, current year profit and loss statement, personal tax returns, and a current business balance sheet. For newer businesses, we may ask for bank statements, customer contracts, or other proof of revenue.
What if my business is new?
We can work with businesses under two years old if you have substantial revenue and a founder with business experience. We'll need bank statements, invoices, and your personal financial statement.
